Add the cumin seeds to some mustard oil<br \/>\n2. Once they start spluttering, add the onion and chillies and saute\u0301<br \/>\n3. Once the onions start turning translucent, add the chilli powder, turmeric and garam masala<br \/>\n4. Add the potatoes and cover them with spices<br \/>\n5. Season with salt and add water before simmering on low heat for 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are soft<br \/>\n6. Squeeze some fresh lemon juice over the potatoes and garnish with coriander<br \/>\n7.
