{"id":13466,"date":"2022-10-01T07:10:00","date_gmt":"2022-09-30T23:10:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=13466"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:42:35","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:42:35","slug":"khmer-lamb-curry-katz__kitchen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/khmer-lamb-curry-katz__kitchen","title":{"rendered":"Khmer Lamb Curry"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Khmer Lamb Curry Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1kg of beef\/ lamb\/ meat of your choice<br \/>\n3 small onions, sliced<br \/>\n4 star anise<br \/>\n3x 5cm stalks of lemongrass<br \/>\n2 tbsp of sliced ginger<br \/>\n1 tsp of black peppercorns<br \/>\n1 tbsp of garlic paste<br \/>\n1 tbsp of ground coriander<br \/>\n1 tbsp of curry powder<br \/>\n1.5 tbsp of garam masala<br \/>\n2 tbsp of fish sauce<br \/>\nsalt and oil, to taste<br \/>\n3 red chillies, sliced<br \/>\n1 x 400ml can of coconut cream<br \/>\n2 cups of water<br \/>\n1\/2 cup of fresh coriander, chopped<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>1. Saute\u0301 the onions, star anise, peppercorns, lemon grass, ginger and garlic paste<br \/>\n2. Once the onions start turning translucent,add the spices and mix<br \/>\n3. Add the meat and cover well with spices<br \/>\n4. Fry the meat and spices on high heat while continuously stirring for 5 minutes<br \/>\n5. Add fish sauce, chillies, salt, coconut cream and water and stir<br \/>\n6. Simmer on low for about an hour<br \/>\n7. Top with fresh coriander<br \/>\n8.
