{"id":13464,"date":"2022-10-01T06:50:00","date_gmt":"2022-09-30T22:50:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=13464"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:42:37","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:42:37","slug":"cream-roll-thebukharigirls","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/cream-roll-thebukharigirls","title":{"rendered":"Cream Roll"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Cream Roll Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>10 inch ready to use puff pastry sheet<br \/>\n1 tbsp all purpose flour for dusting<br \/>\n1 tbsp egg wash<br \/>\n1 cup Full -fat whipping cream<br \/>\n1\/4th cup powdered sugar<br \/>\n1 tsp vanilla<br \/>\nPink food color<br \/>\nCastor sugar for dusting<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>Thaw the puff pastry sheets.<br \/>\nCut it into long ribbon-like pieces using a pizza cutter.<br \/>\nNow, take metal cones or foil cones and roll a strip of puff pastry sheet around it.<br \/>\nPlace the shaped-cones on a baking tray lined with a parchment paper.<br \/>\nSlightly brush the shaped cones with egg wash.<br \/>\nBake in a preheated oven at 160*C for 25 minutes or until golden brown, remove from oven and allow to cool.<br \/>\nMeanwhile, Whip heavy cream until soft peaks, then add in sugar, vanilla and pink color. Whip until stiff.<br \/>\nFill a piping bag with cream; pipe into the cooled pastry.<br \/>\nDust the castor sugar on top of cream roll.
