{"id":13426,"date":"2022-09-30T11:27:00","date_gmt":"2022-09-30T03:27:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=13426"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:42:40","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:42:40","slug":"sambooski-korkyskitchenofficial_","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/sambooski-korkyskitchenofficial_","title":{"rendered":"Sambooski"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Sambooski Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1\/2 kilo lamb mince<br \/>\n2 large brown onions finely chopped<br \/>\n1 packets of Borgs shortcrust pastry (10 sheets ) @borgcraft<br \/>\n1 tsp salt<br \/>\n1 tsp pepper<br \/>\nOlive oil<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Fry off the onions in some olive oil until they change colour then add the mince on top and fry off well , add the salt n pepper .<br \/>\nAllow the mixture to cool and put in a strainer to ensure all the excess liquids are gone, if the mixture is wet it will hinder your efforts when closing up the Sambooski.<br \/>\nCut each sheet with a standard size cookie cutter into 9 circles .
