Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.<br \/>\n2. Cut off bottom of woody stems of asparagus. Use peeler to peel bottom 1\/2 of stem.<br \/>\n3. Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper. Squeeze lemon half evenly over top.<br \/>\n4. Lay out asparagus on cookie sheet in one layer. Sprinkle Parmesan on top. Roast 10 minutes.<br \/>\n5. Place asparagus on serving platter. Cut or tear burrata into halves and place over asparagus. Sprinkle seeds, cherries and lemon zest evenly over all.<br \/>\n6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
