{"id":13318,"date":"2022-09-28T09:04:00","date_gmt":"2022-09-28T01:04:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=13318"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:43:03","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:43:03","slug":"chilli-salmon-crispy-rice-cakes-normasfooddiary","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/chilli-salmon-crispy-rice-cakes-normasfooddiary","title":{"rendered":"Chilli Salmon Crispy Rice Cakes"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Chilli Salmon Crispy Rice Cakes Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>2 cups sushi rice<br \/>\n140ml sushi seasoning<br \/>\n200g sushi grade salmon<br \/>\n1 tbsp Japanese mayo (I use Kewpie mayo)<br \/>\n1 tbsp Sriracha (or hot sauce)<br \/>\n1 tsp sesame oil<br \/>\n1 tbsp soy sauce<br \/>\nHandful of spring onions<br \/>\n1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted<br \/>\nOptional garnishes: sesame seeds, green onion, nori, jalapen\u0303os, Togarashi Nanami or chilli powder<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Cook your rice according to packet directions.<br \/>\nStir in your sushi seasoning.<br \/>\nPress into a lined cake tin, patting firmly with a spoon.<br \/>\nSet it aside to let it cool and firm up, best done in the fridge (at least 1 hour).<br \/>\nIn a bowl, add your salmon and seasonings for the salmon and mix until combined.<br \/>\nSeason to taste you may need to add more of each sauce you want it to be chilli. Set aside.<br \/>\nOnce rice is firm, slice into rectangles.
