Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towel. Season with the salt, pepper &amp; paprika.<br \/>\n2. Heat oil &amp; 1 Tbs butter in skillet on medium high heat. Add salmon. Sear for 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove from skillet. Set aside.<br \/>\n3. Reduce heat, add garlic, shallot &amp; ginger, cook 3 minutes. Deglaze with vegetable broth, scrape bottom of pan well.<br \/>\n4. Add garam masala &amp; tomato paste. Add crushed tomatoes, cream and 1\u20442 cup water. Add cauliflower florets &amp; simmer 5 minutes. Add remaining butter, lemon juice &amp; salt to taste.<br \/>\n5. Nestle salmon in the sauce, top with chili flakes, cilantro, lemon slices, optional nuts.
