Boil the red lentils and once they are cooked, add turmeric and salt before mixing well<br \/>\n2. Set the lentils aside and in another pan, saute\u0301 the onion, garlic and ginger<br \/>\n3. Once the onions turn translucent, add the turmeric, chilli powder and ground coriander<br \/>\n4. Saute\u0301 until caramelised and then add it to the lentils<br \/>\n5. Mix well and add fresh coriander<br \/>\n6. Serve with rice<br \/>\n7.
