{"id":13129,"date":"2022-09-25T09:27:00","date_gmt":"2022-09-25T01:27:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=13129"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:43:20","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:43:20","slug":"sujuk-and-cheese-pide-korkyskitchenofficial_","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/sujuk-and-cheese-pide-korkyskitchenofficial_","title":{"rendered":"Sujuk And Cheese Pide"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Sujuk And Cheese Pide Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>(Make sure you use loose dry yeast not the sachet and make sure it\u2019s in date , out of date yeast will result in dough that doesn\u2019t rise and hard to work with)<br \/>\n1 kilo good quality white flour<br \/>\n3 table spoons loose yeast<br \/>\n2 table spoons salt<br \/>\n2 table spoons caster sugar<br \/>\n500 ml lukewarm water<br \/>\n100 ml milk<br \/>\n2 table spoons olive oil to lubricate the bowl .<br \/>\nThis amount should make about 6-7 medium size pides .<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Add the lukewarm water to the yeast and mix well , let it rest about 10 mins until it has froth on top layer .
