Dipping: mix well all dipping sauce ingredients in a bowl.<br \/>\n2. Fritters: combine all ingredients in a large bowl, except oil<br \/>\n3. Heat oil, scoop 2-3 tbsp of vegetable mixture into the hot oil and flatten the mounds<br \/>\n4. Fry fritters 1-2 min on each sides until crispy and golden brown over medium heat. (Fry them in batches)<br \/>\n5.
