The dough should neither be too soft nor too hard. Cover it with a damp kitchen towel and set it aside to get double in size.<br \/>\nMix everything under compound butter and set aside.<br \/>\nDust a flat surface with some flour and transfer the dough over it. Knead it for a minute and divide it into small portions.
