Microwave cauliflower rice with a lid on<br \/>\n2. Blend cauliflower, salt, banana, and water until smooth<br \/>\n3. Mix together with other ingredients for cookies (except chocolate chips)<br \/>\n4. Preheat oven to 215\/ 200 (fan-forced)<br \/>\n5. Scoop into 10 sticky dough and shape with spoon<br \/>\n6. Add chocolate chips and bake for 15 mins<br \/>\n7.
