{"id":12542,"date":"2022-09-10T08:12:00","date_gmt":"2022-09-10T00:12:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=12542"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:43:52","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:43:52","slug":"prawn-mac-n-cheese-reznacooks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/prawn-mac-n-cheese-reznacooks","title":{"rendered":"Prawn Mac N Cheese"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Prawn Mac N Cheese Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p><em><strong>Marinate the prawns:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n1 tsp-Seafood seasoning<br \/>\n0.5 tsp-Garlic powder<br \/>\n1 tsp-Chilli flake<\/p>\n<h2>For The Mac N Cheese<\/h2>\n<p>2 Beef flavour bouillon cube<br \/>\n2 Cups of macaroni pasta<br \/>\n2 tbsp- butter<br \/>\n0.5 tsp-Salt to boil pasta ( optional, helps process the cooking time )<br \/>\nGrated garlic ( can use powder too)<br \/>\n2 tsp-Plain flour<br \/>\n1 Cup of cheddar cheese<br \/>\n1 Cup of Leicester cheese<br \/>\n1.5 cup milk<br \/>\n1 tsp-All purpose seasoning( @jamaicavalleyuk )<br \/>\n1 tsp-Garlic powder<br \/>\n2 tsp-Black pepper<br \/>\n1 tsp-Cayenne pepper<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Boil pasta in salt, 1 tbs butter and 1 cube of bouillon cube and drain.<br \/>\nIn a separate pan add the marinated prawns and cook for 2 minutes tossing it in the pan. Leave aside<br \/>\nIn a pan add butter,garlic and flour and stir.<br \/>\nGradually add milk and keep stirring until you get a nice smooth runny consistency<br \/>\nAdd all the dry spices as mentioned above<br \/>\nAdd both type of cheese<br \/>\nStir consistently until silky consistency<br \/>\nAdd in the pasta and stir, cook for 2 minutes before adding the prawns.
