Heat oil, pan fry salmon both sides until slightly browned<br \/>\n2. Add sauce mixture, simmer until the sauce gets slightly thicken<br \/>\n3. Transfer salmon into a bowl along with 1\/2-1 tbsp of the sauce<br \/>\n4. Roughly mash the salmon, add rice, corn and scallions. Mix well<br \/>\n5. grab a handful of the rice mixture, form it into a ball<br \/>\n6. press the rice to form into a triangle. I use three fingers thumb, index finger, and middle finger to make a triangle corner. (Refer to video) Repeat for the remaining<br \/>\n7. Wrap the onigiri with a piece of nori seaweed then press it into the furikake.
