Add shredded chicken and toss until it is coated by the marinade. Set aside.<br \/>\nAdd avocado oil and riced cauliflower to a non-stick skillet and bring to medium heat. Saute until it is soft, about 5 minutes. Season with sea salt and stir in the minced scallion, cilantro and lime juice.
