{"id":12503,"date":"2022-09-03T07:44:00","date_gmt":"2022-09-02T23:44:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=12503"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:43:58","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:43:58","slug":"murgh-choley-thebukharigirls","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/murgh-choley-thebukharigirls","title":{"rendered":"Murgh Choley"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Murgh Choley Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 chicken, cut up into 8-10 pieces (1-1.5kg)<br \/>\n3-4 cups boiled chickpeas (or 2 cans, drained and rinsed)<br \/>\n2 onions, chopped<br \/>\n1\/4 cup oil<br \/>\n2-3 tomatoes, crushed<br \/>\n1 tbsp ginger paste<br \/>\n1 tbsp garlic paste<br \/>\n1 inch cinnamon stick<br \/>\n2 large black cardamom<br \/>\n6-7 black peppercorns<br \/>\n4-5 cloves<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp turmeric powder<br \/>\n1 tbsp cumin powder<br \/>\n1 tbsp coriander coarsely powdered<br \/>\n1 tbsp red chilli powder<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp black pepper powder<br \/>\n1 tsp dried mango powder<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp garam masala<br \/>\nsalt to taste<\/p>\n<h2>For Garnish<\/h2>\n<p>2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped<br \/>\nGreen chili sliced<br \/>\nGinger Julian<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp dry fenugreek leaves crushed<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Heat the oil and add whole spices cinnamon, cardamom, peppercorns and cloves.
