{"id":12501,"date":"2022-09-03T07:24:00","date_gmt":"2022-09-02T23:24:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=12501"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:43:58","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:43:58","slug":"naga-tandoori-wings-reznacooks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/naga-tandoori-wings-reznacooks","title":{"rendered":"Naga Tandoori Wings"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Naga Tandoori Wings Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>12-Flat wings (1\/2 kilo)<br \/>\n2 tbsp-Natural yogurt<br \/>\n1 tbsp-Grated ginger<br \/>\n1 tbsp-Kashmiri Chilli Powder<br \/>\n1 tbs-Dried kasuri methi @alamgeerfoods<br \/>\n1tsp-Garam masala @rajahspices<br \/>\n1 tsp-Cumin powder<br \/>\n2 tsp-Hot paprika<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp-Turmeric powder @rajahspices<br \/>\n2 tbsp-Olive oil<br \/>\nLemon juice ( forgot to add )<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Add yogurt and mix all the ingredients listed above except the wings.<br \/>\nMix until smooth paste.<br \/>\nAdd the wings and coat<br \/>\nCling film and leave in the fridge for 1 hour, the longer you leave it the better it absorbs the flavours. ( Best overnight)<br \/>\nPut in the air fryer and cook at 200c, 10 minutes on each side.<br \/>\nYou can also grill in the oven at 200c 12 minutes each side, be sure to check it may need pasting 5 minutes before you turn to stop it drying out.<br \/>\nVoila!
