Mix milk and water as required to make a tight dough.<br \/>\nForm small 3 inch dough balls.<br \/>\nRoll it into a thick roti and cook it with 1 tbsp clarified butter.<br \/>\ncrumble with hands or a food processor.<\/p>\n<h2>Assembling<\/h2>\n<p>Take 1 tablespoons clarified butter in a pan and fry cardamom and nuts for 30 seconds until crisp. Add to crumble roti<br \/>\nadd grated jaggery over crumbled mixture.
