{"id":12489,"date":"2022-09-01T07:48:00","date_gmt":"2022-08-31T23:48:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=12489"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:44:00","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:44:00","slug":"chanay-ki-daal-gosht-thebukharigirls","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/chanay-ki-daal-gosht-thebukharigirls","title":{"rendered":"Chanay Ki Daal Gosht"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Chanay Ki Daal Gosht Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>2 cups channa daal<br \/>\n500 gram mutton or beef<br \/>\n1\/2 cup fried onion<br \/>\n2 Tbsp yogurt<br \/>\n1-2 tomatoes sliced<br \/>\n1 tbsp ginger paste<br \/>\n8-9 garlic cloves<br \/>\n2-3 green chili<br \/>\n1\/2 cup clarified butter<br \/>\n1 inch piece of cinnamon<br \/>\n2 black cardamom<br \/>\nSalt to taste<br \/>\n1 tbsp red chilli powder<br \/>\n1 tsp turmeric<br \/>\n1 tbsp coarsely grind coriander<br \/>\n1 tsp coarsely grind cumin<br \/>\n1 tsp garam masala<br \/>\n10-12 peppercorns<br \/>\n2 tbsp fenugreek leaves<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Soak channa daal for atleast 2 hrs before cooking. Boil it with just water until it\u2019s tender but not mushy at all.<br \/>\nCombine meat, water, salt, turmeric, onion and ginger paste, garlic and tomatoes in a pressure cooker and cook it until the meat is tender.<br \/>\nremove the lid of pressure cooker and coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, cardamom, peppercorn, cinnamon stick and clarified butter and cook until very less water left.<br \/>\nAdd yogurt and cook until the oil separates. Add fenugreek leaves by crushing them between your palms.<br \/>\nNow add cooked chana daal with the water that is left in the lentil.<br \/>\nCook it together until you achieve desired thickness. If you want you can mash the Chana daal completely.
