Add sliced shallots, garlic, chilies, lemongrass, lime zest, shrimp paste, sweet soy sauce and indomie seasoning in a bowl<br \/>\n2. Heat coconut oil until piping hot<br \/>\n3. Add oil to the bowl and mix well<br \/>\n4. Squish some lime juice<br \/>\n5. Cook noodle according to packages and add to the bowl and toss<br \/>\n6.
