When hot, add about a teaspoon of butter to the skillet and allow to coat the whole skillet.<br \/>\nDip a piece of bread in the cream mixture and flip so that each side is evenly coated in the mixture.<br \/>\nFry in the pan, sprinkling with optional additional cinnamon, until it is golden, about 2 minutes per side.
