Submerge vermicelli in room temperature water for 10-20 mins or according to package. Strain<br \/>\n2. Heat 2 tbsp oil and make omelette egg. slice into thin strips<br \/>\n3. Heat remaining oil, saute garlic and shallots until fragrant then cook the shrimps<br \/>\n4. Add veggies, stir fry for a min<br \/>\n5. Add vermicelli\/beehoon along with seasonings, toss<br \/>\n6. Add water and stir fry for another min. Remove<br \/>\n7.
