In a mixing bowl add 3 tsbp of cornflour and coat your cubed tofu well. On a nonstick pan, place your cubes on medium heat, and rotate to each side to ensure they&#8217;re crisp.<br \/>\n2. For the teriyaki sauce, in a small bow mix together the soy sauce, ginger, 3\/4 minced garlic, brown sugar and cornflour water mix.<br \/>\n3. Boil your udon noodles following the instructions on the package<br \/>\n4. Remove your tofu and add some butter with your mushrooms and let them cook until smaller in size. Add in a quarter of your minced garlic alongside the tofu and Chinese 5 spices, combining well<br \/>\n5. Add your teriyaki sauce, mix it in altogether and then your udon.
