Crack your eggs in a bowl, whisk well, then gradually incorporate your milk whilst whisking. If you\u2019d like you can add any spices at this point!<br \/>\n2. Move the mixture to your heated nonstick pan. After a few minute flip your omelette to ensure both sides are cooked<br \/>\n3. Add your smashed avocado in the middle, with your cooked halloumi on top.<br \/>\n4.
