Combine batter ingredients in a bowl. Make sure to whisk well until you get a thick batter like shown in the video. (You may add more flour or water to get the right texture of batter)<br \/>\n2. Season prawns with salt and pepper<br \/>\n3. Heat oil in a pan, coat a prawn with the batter mixture evenly and quickly drop it into the hot oil. Do the rest<br \/>\n4. Fry them in batches, until golden brown and crispy aprox 2-3 mins over medium heat.<br \/>\n5.
