Cut each chicken thighs into 4 parts<br \/>\n3. Combine chicken pieces with the marinade ingredients, cover and let it marinate in the fridge for 1 hr or overnight<br \/>\n4. Heat generous amount of oil, fry chicken over medium high heat until crisp and brown<br \/>\n5. Melt butter, stir fry ginger, garlic and onion until fragrant<br \/>\n6. add sauce mixture and fried chicken, mix well and cook until the sauce slightly thicken, remove<br \/>\n7.
