Heat 1 tbsp olive oil, pan sear prawns both sides for 1-2 mins. Remove<br \/>\n2. Cook pasta according to package<br \/>\n3. Meanwhile. In the same pan, add remaining olive oil and melt butter, saute garlic, shallots and chilies\/flakes until golden brown<br \/>\n3. Add cooked pasta in, pasta water, soy sauce, honey and oyster sauce and mix well for a min<br \/>\n4. Add the shrimps back and sprinkle some chives, remove<br \/>\n5.
