{"id":12041,"date":"2022-08-02T07:43:00","date_gmt":"2022-08-01T23:43:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=12041"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:44:29","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:44:29","slug":"fried-chicken-curry-noodle-stirwithme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/fried-chicken-curry-noodle-stirwithme","title":{"rendered":"Fried Chicken Curry Noodle"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Fried Chicken Curry Noodle Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>3 boneless chicken thighs<br \/>\n3 garlic cloves, minced<br \/>\n2 tbsp soy sauce<br \/>\nA Pinch of salt and pepper<br \/>\n3 packs of noodle<br \/>\nBlanched Bok choy<br \/>\nOil for deep frying<br \/>\n<strong>Batter :<\/strong><br \/>\n1\/4 cup rice flour<br \/>\n1\/4 cup cornflour<br \/>\n1\/4 cup all purpose flour<br \/>\n1 tsp paprika powder<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp baking powder<br \/>\n1 egg<br \/>\n100 ml ice water<br \/>\n1 tsp chicken powder<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp Pepper<br \/>\nSalt if needed<br \/>\n<strong>Curry broth :<\/strong><br \/>\n1\/4 cup curry paste<br \/>\n3 Garlic minced<br \/>\n5 Shallot minced<br \/>\n2 tsp chicken stock<br \/>\n1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)<br \/>\n1 tsp shrimp paste (optional but highly recommended)<br \/>\n2 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)<br \/>\n800 ml coconut milk<br \/>\n2 tbsp neutral oil<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>1. Curry broth: Heat oil, saute garlic, shallots, shrimp paste and curry paste until darker in color.<br \/>\n2. Add coconut milk, chicken powder, salt, sugar and simmer over low heat for 1-2 mins<br \/>\n3. Fried chicken: Marinate chicken with garlic, soy sauce, salt and pepper for 15-30 mins<br \/>\n4. Combine batter ingredients. Mix well<br \/>\n5. Coat chicken well with batter<br \/>\n6. Deep fry chicken both sides over medium heat until golden brown. Remove and cut chicken into 1 inch pieces<br \/>\n7. Cook noodle according to package<br \/>\n8.
