Combine beef with marinade ingredients and set aside for 30 mins or overnight in the fridge<br \/>\n2. Heat oil in a pan and cook the beef<br \/>\n3. Mix rice ingredients in a bowl<br \/>\n4. Grab a piece of Inari and open up the pocket, fill halfway with rice followed by beef. Do the rest<br \/>\n5.
