Heat the frying oil on a fry pan. Put mashed ingredients, kaffir lime, and Indonesian bay leaves into the pan, then stir until fragrant.<br \/>\n2. Put the chunks of chicken into fry pan. Stir a bit until all chunks of chicken is covered by the ingredients.<br \/>\n3. Discard the coconut milk. Bring to a boil until the chicken is tender and cooked well.<br \/>\n4. Add the seasonings, stir it well.<br \/>\n5. Put the veggies in. Bring to boil until cooked perfectly. Turn off the heat.<br \/>\n6. Served the chicken and veggies with rice cakes.
