Finely filter the pumpkin and coconut milk. set aside<br \/>\n2. Mix and sift, flour and milk powder. set aside<br \/>\n3. Heat the steamer over medium heat.<br \/>\n4. Beat eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla paste and emulsifier until fluffy and thick. Turn off the mixer<br \/>\n5. Add the flour mixture by sifting, stir gently using a spatula until blended<br \/>\n6. Add pumpkin mixture little by little, while stirring slowly until blended<br \/>\n7. Take 1\/3 part, add dark chocolate paste, stir gently until smooth<br \/>\n8. Pour the chocolate mixture up to 1\/3 the height of the mold, steam for 10 minutes. Do not forget to cover the lid with a clean cloth.<br \/>\n9. After 10 minutes, remove and sprinkle with shaved cooking chocolate or meises. Then pour the pumpkin mixture on it until it&#8217;s full.<br \/>\n10.
