Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat<br \/>\n2. Swirl your grated sweet potato in cold water and squeeze\/drain all the moisture out<br \/>\n3. Combine your potatoes, onion, eggs, flour and all seasonings together<br \/>\n4. Scoop a palm-size amount flattening it a little into the oil. Cook for 2 minutes on each side until crispy brown<br \/>\n5. For your sauce, combine together siracha, honey and water to make a sweet and tangy sauce<br \/>\n6.
