Mix and knead everything together until the dough is smooth ( or use a stand mixer with a hook attachment for 15 minutes)<br \/>\n2. Put the dough in a greased bowl, wrap the bowl with plastic and leave in a warm place to proof for about 1-1.5 hours until the dough doubles in size.<br \/>\n3. roll the dough out into a rectangular shape(not too thin)<br \/>\n4. Brush the cooled filling on the dough. Fold in 3 folds<br \/>\n5.
