{"id":11868,"date":"2022-07-22T07:34:00","date_gmt":"2022-07-21T23:34:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=11868"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:44:48","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:44:48","slug":"cajun-chicken-butterfly-reznacooks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/cajun-chicken-butterfly-reznacooks","title":{"rendered":"Cajun Chicken Butterfly"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Cajun Chicken Butterfly Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>6 pieces of chicken drumstick<br \/>\n2 Tbs- plain flour, add 1 tsp pepper and paprika<br \/>\n2 Medium eggs<br \/>\n1.5 cup bread crumbs<\/p>\n<h2>Creamy Cajun Naga Sauce<\/h2>\n<p>60g- Butter (I used @lurpakuk )<br \/>\n5- Fresh garlic clove minced\/ diced<br \/>\n1.5 tsp-Garlic powder<br \/>\n2 tsp-Paprika<br \/>\n1.5 tbs-Chicken seasoning<br \/>\n1 tsp black pepper<br \/>\n1.5 tsp-Onion powder<br \/>\n1 tsp-Italian Seasoning<br \/>\n1.5 tsp- chilli flakes<br \/>\n1 tsp- cayenne pepper<br \/>\n1 cup double cream<br \/>\n1 Spice master naga sauce<br \/>\nSpring onion for garnishing (Optional)<br \/>\nOil to fry ( or use air fryer )<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Butterfly the drumsticks. Watch the reel how it\u2019s done.<br \/>\nWash and pat dry the drumstick<br \/>\nDub the drumstick in flour, then egg and coat fully in breadcrumbs.<br \/>\nFry in oil for 10 minutes on each time on medium heat until golden.<br \/>\nSeparate pan add butter and all the dried ingredients above including garlic and stir for a minute. (I added butter in 2 batch for anaesthetic purposes you can add it all at once)<br \/>\nAdd double cream until you get the consistency you want. Let the sauce cook a further minute before adding spicemaster naga sauce adjust it to your spice level and stir for 1 minute<br \/>\nNow pour the sauce over the chicken coating all areas.
