In a bowl add your grated courgette, grated halloumi and sweetcorn, giving it a good mix. Then in the centre add your beaten egg and flour &#8211; ensure to combine this really well!<br \/>\n2. In your AirFryer basket, add some baking paper and take small palmfuls of the mixture creating little fritter shapes, placing it on the baking sheet.<br \/>\n3. Bake for 12 minutes at 200C, flipping over half way (feel free to remove the baking paper once the fritters have formed a cooked shape, it will allow them to get more crispier with a brown crust!<br \/>\n4.
