Blend marinade ingredients until smooth, transfer into a bowl along with chicken pieces, mix well. marinate for 15 mins<br \/>\n2. Meanwhile, blend peanut sauce ingredients until smooth, and transfer into a pan<br \/>\n3. Simmer over med- low heat for 10-15 mins until the sauce thickens, remove and set aside<br \/>\n4. Skewer the marinated chicken<br \/>\n5. Heat oil in a pan\/grill pan\/cast iron skillet, cook chicken over med-high heat until browned and slightly charred on the outside and the chicken cook through<br \/>\n6.
