{"id":11746,"date":"2022-07-16T08:23:00","date_gmt":"2022-07-16T00:23:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=11746"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:44:59","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:44:59","slug":"plant-based-tikka-bowl-colourme_aesthetic","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/plant-based-tikka-bowl-colourme_aesthetic","title":{"rendered":"Plant-based Tikka Bowl"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Plant-based Tikka Bowl Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>400 gms tofu<br \/>\n3 cucumbers<br \/>\n3 tomatoes<br \/>\n2 carrots<br \/>\ncoriander leaves<br \/>\nmint chutney (recipe is in my reels)<\/p>\n<h2>Tikka Masala-<\/h2>\n<p>1 tsp coriander powder<br \/>\n1 tsp cumin powder<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp chilli powder or<br \/>\n1 tbsp paprika powder<br \/>\n3\/4 tsp garam masala<br \/>\n1 tsp amchur(dried mango)powder<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp turmeric powder<br \/>\n1 tsp garlic powder<br \/>\n1 tsp kasoori methi (dried fenugreek leaves) (optional)<br \/>\n2-3 tbsp lemon juice<br \/>\n80 gms dairy free yogurt<br \/>\nSalt as required<\/p>\n<h2>Vinaigrette-<\/h2>\n<p>2 tbsp olive oil<br \/>\n3 tbsp lemon juice<br \/>\n2 garlic cloves<br \/>\nSalt n pepper<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Marinate the tofu for atleast 30 mins in the Tikka masala &amp; dairy-free yogurt. Pan fry the marinated tofu until lightly charred.<br \/>\nIn a large bowl, add your veggies, Tofu Tikka &amp; pour the chutney &amp; vinaigrette over it. Garnish with coriander &amp; a lemon slice.
