In a bowl, mix water, yeast, sugar, and garlic. Safe aside.<br \/>\n2. In another bowl, mix plain flour, baking powder, bicarbonate soda, and salt. Toss it to yeast mixture. Mix until combined.<br \/>\n3. Add 1 tbsp oil. Mix it again.<br \/>\n4. Cover it with a cloth or with plastic wrapper. Let it proof for about 1 hour.<br \/>\n5. Grease the working board to prevent sticking, then put the dough on it. (The dough is a bit mushy, do not add more flour)<br \/>\n6. Cut long-thin the dough, then let them rest for about 15 mins.<br \/>\n7. Fry them in hot oil (medium hit) until golden brown.
