{"id":11723,"date":"2022-07-15T08:25:00","date_gmt":"2022-07-15T00:25:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=11723"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:45:06","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:45:06","slug":"spiced-couscous-wondernonieskitchen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/spiced-couscous-wondernonieskitchen","title":{"rendered":"Spiced Couscous"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Spiced Couscous Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1&amp;1\/2 cups couscous<br \/>\n2 tbsp olive oil<br \/>\n1 cup onion (finely diced)<br \/>\n3 cloves garlic (minced)<br \/>\n1 tsp cumin powder<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp cinnamon powder<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp paprika powder (sweet or smoked)<br \/>\n3 cups vegetable broth (or water)<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp salt (increase slightly if not using broth)<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp ground black pepper<br \/>\n1\/2 cup raisins (or sultanas\/cranberries)<br \/>\n1\/2 cup nuts of choice (toasted, I added pistachios)<br \/>\n1\/2 cup fresh parsley (chopped)<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Heat a large pan on medium high.
