garlic paste<br \/>\n2 medium sized onions thinly sliced<br \/>\n4 medium sized tomatoes thinly sliced<br \/>\n1\u20442 cup yogurt<br \/>\n2 -3 green chilies<br \/>\n1\u20442 tsp salt<br \/>\n1\u20442 tsp red chili powder<br \/>\n2 large potatoes cut into cubes<\/p>\n<h2>Rice<\/h2>\n<p>4 cups basmati rice @maseeharice<br \/>\n2 tbsp cooking oil<br \/>\n1 tsp salt<br \/>\nFew cloves<br \/>\n1\u20442 inch cinnamon<br \/>\nFew saffaron strands<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>heat a non stick frying pan and dry roast all of the whole spices<br \/>\ngrind the roasted spices to a fine powder<br \/>\nmix in the salt, red chili powder and turmeric to it<br \/>\n<em><strong>For the mutton korma<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nheat one 1 cup oil and add the onions and start frying<br \/>\nonce the onions are brown color add the ginger and garlic paste and saute for 3-5 minutes<br \/>\nadd the mutton and start frying<br \/>\nonce the meat is a nice light brown add the biryani masala powder and roast for a few minutes, followed by the sliced tomato &amp;
