Preheat the oven to 200C. Heat the oil in a large oven-proof skillet over medium-low heat. Add the onion and cook, stirring until soft and translucent<br \/>\n2. Add the garlic and cook until golden brown, Stir in the cumin, paprika, salt, pepper and turmeric and cook for 1 additional minute. Add the tomatoes including all juices<br \/>\n3. Simmer until the tomatoes have thickened, about 10 minutes.<br \/>\n4. Grill the halloumi until grill marks appear. Scatter the halloumi over the top of the tomatoes.<br \/>\n5. Crack an egg into the skillet over the tomatoes. Transfer the skillet to the oven, and bake until the eggs are just set, 5 minutes.<br \/>\n6.
