Mix all ingredients except butter until well-combined.<br \/>\n2. Add butter. Knead until the dough is not sticky anymore.<br \/>\n3. Spread some flour on a working board, then divide the dough into small balls (i divided into 12 doughnuts)<br \/>\n4. Cover them with a cloth. Let them proof.<br \/>\n5. Flat the dough ball a bit, then, by using a piping nozzle, make a hole in the middle.<br \/>\n6. Cover with a cloth again. Let them proof for about 20 mins.<br \/>\n7. In hot oil, fry the doughnuts until golden brown both sides.<br \/>\n8.
