Heat the frying oil on a fry pan. Put mashed ingredients, kaffir lime, and Indonesian bay leaves into the pan, then stir until fragrant. &#8211;<br \/>\n2. Put the chunks of chicken into fry pan. Stir a bit until all chunks of chicken is covered by the ingredients. &#8211;<br \/>\n3. Discard the coconut milk. Bring to a boil until the chicken is tender and cooked well. &#8211;<br \/>\n4. Add the seasonings, stir it well. &#8211;<br \/>\n5.
