Grind all the ingredients together except coal. Leave it for half an hour<br \/>\n2. Burn the charcoal and smoke the mince meat for half an hour.<br \/>\n3. Make seekh kababs on a skewer.<br \/>\n4. Brush the grill with oil and heat over medium. Grill the kebabs, rotating as needed, until browned all over and cooked through, 12 to 15 minutes.<br \/>\n5. Serve with mint chutney, and very thinly sliced red onion, if desired.<br \/>\n6.
