Sautee until translucent.<br \/>\nAdd the sliced mushrooms &amp; cook until softened.<br \/>\nNow add all the veggies of your choice &amp; stor-fry for 2 mins.<br \/>\nAdd the curry powder, soy sauce &amp; sriracha &amp; mix well.<br \/>\nNext, add the sausages, coconut cream\/milk &amp; water and mix well.<br \/>\nNow add the chilli, basil, lemon zest, keffir leaves &amp; lemongrass and salt n pepper.<br \/>\nSimmer on medium flame for 3-5 mins.<br \/>\nFinally, add the cooked noodles &amp; simmer for another 2-4 mins. Taste &amp; add required seasoning.<br \/>\nGarnish w\/ green onions, crushed peanuts &amp; sesame seeds.
