{"id":11542,"date":"2022-07-05T07:22:00","date_gmt":"2022-07-04T23:22:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=11542"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:45:18","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:45:18","slug":"lentil-nuggets-sugar-free-mom","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/lentil-nuggets-sugar-free-mom","title":{"rendered":"Lentil Nuggets"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Lentil Nuggets Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 cup dried red lentils (rinsed)<br \/>\n1.5 cups water<br \/>\n2 cups rolled oats<br \/>\n1\/2 bell pepper<br \/>\n2 garlic cloves<br \/>\n1\/4 cup ground flaxseed<br \/>\n1 T onion powder<br \/>\n2 tsp dried basil<br \/>\n2 tsp cumin powder<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>Place the rinsed lentils and water in a medium saucepan over medium heat.<br \/>\nBring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and let sit for 15 minutes or until lentils have soaked up the water.<br \/>\nPreheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.<br \/>\nPlace the oats in a food processor and pulse 3-4 times to break into small pieces (but avoid turning it into flour). Pour into a large bowl.<br \/>\nAdd bell pepper and all remaining ingredients to food processor and blend until no large chunks remain.
