{"id":11536,"date":"2022-07-03T05:20:00","date_gmt":"2022-07-02T21:20:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=11536"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:45:18","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:45:18","slug":"khara-masala-gosht-thebukharigirls","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/khara-masala-gosht-thebukharigirls","title":{"rendered":"Khara Masala Gosht"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Khara Masala Gosht Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>500 gms mutton\/beef<br \/>\n1\/3 cup ghee<br \/>\n1\/2 cup fried onion<br \/>\n2 tbsp ginger garlic paste<br \/>\nsalt to taste<br \/>\n2 -3 black cardamom<br \/>\n4-5 cloves<br \/>\n1 inch cinnamon stick<br \/>\n1 tsp turmeric powder<br \/>\n1 tsp cumin seeds<br \/>\n15-20 black peppercorns<br \/>\n1 bay leaf<br \/>\n1\/2 cup yogurt<br \/>\n8-10 green chili<br \/>\n1\/2 bunch cilantro<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp garam masala powder<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Heat oil in a pan and fry onion till golden brown and keep on the paper towel on the side.<br \/>\nAdd all the whole spices in the oil.<br \/>\nIn the same oil Add the ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell disappears.<br \/>\nAdd onion and turmeric powder in. Cook for few minutes.<br \/>\nPressure cook meat with 1\/2 cup water until 80% done. Add it in the pot and cook on high heat until all the water evaporates.<br \/>\nadd the yogurt and cook till the yogurt is well incorporated into the masala<br \/>\nAdjust the salt.<br \/>\nAdd the green chili, coriander leaves and garam masala powder.
