Cut up your sweet Potatoe into small cubes, generously coating in olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic salt.<br \/>\n2. After squeezing out the excess water in Tofu, generous coat in salt, pepper and oil<br \/>\n3. Bake both the sweet potato and tofu for 10 minutes on each side at 180C ( the sweet potatoes may need slightly longer)<br \/>\n4. In a bowl add your soft peanut butter, garlic cloves, soy sauce, sesame oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. If the consistency is a little thick, gradually add some water to thin the dressing out.<br \/>\n5. Lastly, in a bowl add your bed of kale, with sliced pepper, tofu, sweet potato and tomatoes, with avocado on top. Drizzle with your peanut dressing, adding pumpkin seeds and black onion seeds<br \/>\n6.
