In pressure cooker, saute the mashed ingredients and lemongrass in hot oil until fragrant<br \/>\n2. Toss the lamb meat. Stir until changed in colour.<br \/>\n3. Add the garam masala in followed by water. Stir then bring to boil.<br \/>\n4. Cover it with the lid. Cook for about half an hour.<br \/>\n5. Turn off the heat. Open the lid carefully once the pressure goes down.<br \/>\n6. Add seasonings then stir.<br \/>\n7. Put it in your serving bowl, then sprinkle the onion flakes.
