{"id":11300,"date":"2022-06-10T06:33:00","date_gmt":"2022-06-09T22:33:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=11300"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:45:47","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:45:47","slug":"vegan-irish-stew-wondernonieskitchen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/vegan-irish-stew-wondernonieskitchen","title":{"rendered":"Vegan Irish Stew"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Vegan Irish Stew Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>2 tbsp olive oil<br \/>\n1 cup onion (chopped)<br \/>\n1 cup celery (chopped)<br \/>\n5 cloves garlic (minced)<br \/>\n2 tbsp AP flour<br \/>\n2 cups vegetable broth<br \/>\n2 cups Turkish spicy turnip drink (ac\u0131l\u0131 s\u0327algam) or non alcoholic beer of choice<br \/>\n2 cups potatoes (chopped)<br \/>\n2 cups carrots (chopped)<br \/>\n2 cups mushroom (quartered)<br \/>\n3 tbsp tomato paste<br \/>\n2 bay leaves<br \/>\n1 tbsp honey or brown sugar<br \/>\n1 tsp dried thyme<br \/>\n1 tsp salt (to taste)<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp ground black pepper (to taste)<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Heat a large pot over medium high, add olive oil.<br \/>\nWhen hot, add onion, celery &amp; garlic.
